This training will explore reflective supervision, coaching, modeling, conflict resolution, and working with different personality types.

UNDERSTANDING THE TEMPERMENT OF INFANTS AND TODDLERS
Through lecture, video, group discussion, & small group activity, participants will further deepen their understanding of the 9 characteristics and 3 types of temperament, how they are displayed in infants/toddlers, and how temperaments may impact goodness of fit. Participants will explore care teaching strategies suited to types of temperaments.
